Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports.
Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
Develop data models and relationships in Power BI.
Write DAX measures and calculations for simple to moderately complex business logic.
Connect Power BI to multiple data sources (Excel, SQL Server, SharePoint, etc.).
Perform data cleaning and transformation using Power Query.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and formatting in reports.
Support senior developers in implementing row-level security (RLS) and report performance tuning.
Troubleshoot issues with dashboards, data refreshes, and permissions.
Document reports, models, and processes for knowledge sharing.
Must Have
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in developing reports using Power BI.
Knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query (M language), and DAX. Preferably PL300.
Basic to intermediate SQL skills for querying and data extraction.
Understanding of data visualization best practices and storytelling with data.
Strong skills in Excel for data handling and pre-analysis.
Good analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills
Exposure to Azure data services (e.g., Azure SQL, Data Lake, Synapse)
Preferably PL300
Familiarity with Power Automate or Power Apps (PL900).
Knowledge of ETL concepts.
Willingness to learn advanced analytics tools (Python/R).
