Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independently Structuring/ Drafting/Vetting/ Negotiating documents relating to real estate, Acquisitions etc
- Drafting/Vetting Development Agreements, Agreement for Sale, Affidavits, Power of Attorney, Leave and License Agreement, Lease Deed
- Drafting/Vetting/Negotiating of various Agreements/Contracts with Service Providers, Contractors, Legal Notices as well as reply to Legal notices etc.
- Senior Position will have to handle a team and clients independently.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably working with Real Estate /Builders/ Legal Law Firms
Law Graduate with minimum experience of 5-10 years
Experience and Proficient in handling Drafting, Vetting and Transaction Documents - Experienced in independently handling Title Due Diligence Report, Service agreements, Acquisitions, POA, MOU's Indenture, Lease Agreements, Sale Agreements, etc.
- Ability to work with Senior Management as and when required
- Efficient to handle the matters independently and co-ordinate with the clients and deal with the team
- Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Computer savvy and proficient with MS Office
