JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle the team and clients independently
- Handle the clients and their matters independently
- Overlook and supervise the entire team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably working with Real Estate /Builders/ Legal Law Firm
- Law Graduate with minimum experience of 5-10 years
- Experience and Proficiency in handling Drafting, Vetting and finalizing all kinds of litigation matters
- Experience in independently handling matters; appearing and arguing in all courts including the High Court and Lower Court
- Ability to work with Senior Management as and when required
- Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Computer savvy and proficient with MS Office
- Efficient in handling matters independently; coordinating with the clients and dealing with the team
