Duties and Responsibilities
- Abstracting the Key information (Financial & Legal) from the Lease Agreements and populating into the Clients Application Software or Excel Spreadsheet.
- Abstracting the critical data with interpretational assumption from the Lease Documents and entering in the
- Lease Abstract Form.
- Analysing the Lease Data and Financial information including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Taxes, Insurance and other Expense Recoveries
Skill Set / Competencies Required
- Very good written English communication,
- Paraphrasing Formation of Lease Agreements Clauses,
- Analytical and Reasoning skill
- Attention to detail
- Ability to understand the legal language in the lease agreement.
- Knowledge in Yardi/MRI/JDE would be added advantage
Education and Work Experience
- Graduates/Post Graduates (Arts, Science & Commerce Graduates, Engineering Graduates) - Except MBA, MCA, M.Sc(CS/IT)
- For Laterals:
- 2-3 Years of experience in Lease Abstraction Services or Legal Services LPO Division. Experience in the Real Estate/Legal Allied Services Domain would be ideal
