Senior Associate/Assistant Manager - Data Insights
Responsibilities:
As a Data Analytics, you will work withour Credit and Analytics Team key stakeholders to leverage our data todrive operational efficiencies and provide key data-driven insights.
Performing descriptive,predictive and prescriptive analytics.
Generating actionableinsights through analysis of key metrics across functions.
Identifying the rootcause through deep analysis of data to reach a point where actionable solutionscan be designed.
Devising mechanisms forcontrol, performance monitoring, and reporting to internal stakeholders.
Assist in investigatingand drafting cost / benefit analysis and business requirements showcasingpotential solutions for business initiatives.
Workingcross-functionally with business teams to ensure development and implementationof programs as per requirements timelines .
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Engineering or a related field.
3-5 years of professionalexperience in consulting, analytics, business analysis or comparable consumeranalytics position.
Experience in developing requirements andformulating business metrics for reporting, familiarity with data visualizationtools, e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight, Google Data Studio.
Advanced working knowledge of data mining usingSQL, ETL, data warehouse as well as Excel.
Programming languages: Python, R.
Excellent communication(verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectivelycommunicate with both business and technical teams.
Proven problem-solvingskills, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptionalorganizational skills.
Ability to deal withambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment.
Ability to displaycomplex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findingsin a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced technical orbusiness degree (MS or MBA).
Familiarity to HadoopMapreduce, Hive, Spark.
Experience ofleading/developing ML-AI models in production.
