Senior Associate Data Scientist

ProArch is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Data Scientist to Lead, design, and develop advanced analytics and machine learning solutions that drive business value. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in predictive modelling, statistical analysis, machine learning, and cloud-based analytics platforms, along with the ability to work closely with business and technology stakeholders.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and business understanding to transform complex data into actionable insights and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and advanced analytics solutions to solve business challenges.
• Lead the development of forecasting, classification, regression, clustering, and optimization models.
• Build and optimize predictive models including forecasting, classification, regression, and clustering models.
• Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to generate actionable business insights.
• Develop and implement scalable machine learning solutions using industry-standard frameworks and tools.
• Design and support analytics solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics and related Azure services.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to build and optimize data pipelines and analytical workflows.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and business audiences.
• Implement model monitoring, validation, and performance optimization processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or related areas.
• Strong experience in predictive modelling, statistical analysis, forecasting, classification, and regression techniques.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying enterprise-scale machine learning solutions.
• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, data pipelines, and cloud-based analytics solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of feature engineering, model evaluation, model optimization, and machine learning best practices.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and production-grade analytics solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, and model lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of data governance and Responsible AI practices.
• Experience working in consulting or customer-facing environments.
• Azure Data or AI certifications.
