Senior Android Developer (4+ Years)

We are hiring an experienced Android Developer to build scalable, high-performance mobile applications with modern UI and real-time features. The role involves owning modules end-to-end, working directly with clients (India / US / UAE), and mentoring junior engineers.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Kotlin and Java (for interop and maintaining/extending legacy modules).
• Jetpack Compose and the XML / View-based UI system (ConstraintLayout, RecyclerView, custom views, styles & themes). Most production apps are hybrid, so both are required.
• MVVM + Clean Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with WebSockets (real-time chat) and Firebase (Auth, Firestore / Realtime DB, FCM).
• Good understanding of Coroutines, Flow, Jetpack components, and REST APIs.

DSA Requirement

• Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Ability to solve medium-level coding problems and write optimized solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable Android apps with real-time capabilities.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Own modules/features end-to-end and interface with clients where required.
• Review code and mentor junior Android developers.
