• Job location -Airoli Navi Mumbai
• Designation: Senior Analyst
• Qualification: Any Graduate. Legal experience or knowledge will be preferred
• Shift Timings: 12 noon to 9pm
• Process: Corporate Finance (Sales Governance SOW Team)

Job Description:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts such as Statement of Work (SOW) and amendments for various clients
• Liaising with the onshore team and senior management at eClerx
• Building a good rapport with various internal teams as the profile will involve liaising with teams such as revenue team, tax team, accounts team and legal team
• Good written and verbal communication as the profile would involve calls with Onsite team
• Maintaining and publishing excel reports and metrics
• Candidate must be well versed with MS Word and MS Excel
• Candidate must be open to changing requirements from the stakeholders
• Should have analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Should be able to learn faster and involve in self-learning while on the job
