Senior Analyst - Speciality Pharmacy Finance

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate finance datasets from RDBMS and data warehouse sources.
• Build and maintain Excel-based reporting models, dashboards, and reconciliations for speciality pharmacy finance metrics.
• Perform data quality checks, investigate discrepancies, and ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across reporting cycles.
• Support finance analytics workflows by preparing datasets for analysis and documenting query/report logic.
• Where needed, automate repetitive tasks using VBA and contribute to analytics workflow improvements using Alteryx and SharePoint.

Skills Required:

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in finance analytics, reporting, or data analysis
• RDBMS (experience working with relational databases and SQL-ready data structures)
• Data Warehouse (experience extracting and working with warehouse datasets)
• Excel (strong hands-on capability for analysis, reporting, and complex spreadsheets)
• SQL (strong knowledge writing complex queries)

Good to Have:

• Healthcare domain experience
• VBA coding for automation
• Alteryx (including variants like Altier/Alteryx) for analytics workflows
• SharePoint for data/document management

Education: Any Graduation
