Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML applications using Python.
• Build and deploy Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions.
• Develop AI agents, copilots, and intelligent automation workflows.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and foundation models.
• Develop scalable backend services supporting AI workloads.
• Work with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
• Collaborate with MLOps and DevOps teams for deployment automation.
• Monitor AI model performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Ensure security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 68 years of experience in Python application development.
• Strong experience building AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Experience designing scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-agent AI systems.
• Exposure to AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or Google Vertex AI.
• Experience with MLOps and AI model lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and model monitoring.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs and enterprise search platforms.
• Relevant AI, Cloud, or Machine Learning certifications.
