Senior AI Product Manager

This role has been designed as Hybrid with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Management Level Definition:

Contributions have a sustained and meaningful impact on AI, Automation, and Analytics products, platforms, and services. Applies advanced subject matter expertise to solve complex and ambiguous business problems and is regarded as a product and domain expert. Partners closely with functional, technical, and delivery teams and participates in cross functional and enterprise initiatives. Exercises significant independent judgment in determining product strategy, prioritization, and execution approach. May provide mentorship and product leadership to other product managers and team members.

Responsibilities:

Leads and drives the end-to-end product strategy and operational roadmap for one or more AI, Automation, or Analytics products or platforms
Defines the value proposition, target customer segments, and business case, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and portfolio strategy.
Synthesizes business and operational needs into clear product requirements, features, and success metrics, leveraging deep understanding of customers, processes, and technology.
Advises key stakeholders on product and portfolio strategy across all lifecycle phases, including planning, development, launch, scaling, optimization, and retirement.
Owns and prioritizes the product backlog, balancing innovation, scalability, technical debt, risk, and user experience.
Mentors junior product managers and provides thought leadership on product management standards and best practices.
Ensures adherence to Organization Enterprise AI governance including Responsible AI principles, security, and compliance requirements.
Leads product launches, adoption strategies, and lifecycle management, including post-launch performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
Collaborates across the value chain including engineering, architecture, data science, UX, security, PMO and operations to enable successful product delivery and adoption.
Tracks and communicates product performance, adoption, and business value realization, enabling data-driven decisions.

What you need to Bring :

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelors degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study. MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
8+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, platform ownership, or related roles.
Demonstrated exposure to AI, Automation and Analytics
Experience working in enterprise scale, governed environments.
Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry.

Knowledge and Skills:

Expert team skills and ability to cross functionally drive/influence work through others, ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve results for complex, ambiguous projects.
Strong product strategy, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management skills.
Advanced business and financial acumen, including value realization and outcome based measurement
Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable product capabilities
