Senior AI Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI Full Stack Engineer to lead the design, development, and operationalization of enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI solutions within our Advisory Product Pod. This role focuses on building scalable AI-enabled applications, agent-based systems, and intelligent automation workflows while providing strong technical leadership to engineering teams.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Python-based AI application development, Azure AI services, and enterprise AI integration, with responsibility for translating business requirements into secure, governed, and production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

AI Application Development & Delivery

• Design and develop AI-enabled services and applications using Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Build scalable backend services supporting LLM inference, agent orchestration, and AI workflows.
• Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions, prompt pipelines, and intelligent automation use cases.
• Build secure APIs and integration layers for enterprise AI applications.

Agent & GenAI Enablement

• Design and implement LLM-based agents and agentic workflows using:
  • LangChain
  • LangGraph
• Integrate enterprise knowledge sources and external APIs into AI-driven workflows.
• Implement orchestration logic for tool usage, memory handling, and multi-step reasoning workflows.

Full Stack Enablement

• Develop backend-first AI applications with the ability to contribute to React.js-based UI components.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to enable end-to-end AI-enabled user experiences.

Cloud & AI Platform Implementation

• Implement AI solutions using Azure AI Services and Azure AI Foundry.
• Support model integration, deployment, and operationalization into production systems.
• Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards.

Data & Integration

• Design and optimize data access patterns using SQL-based databases.
• Enable efficient data pipelines supporting AI inference and workflow orchestration.

Agile & Delivery Excellence

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery planning.
• Drive CI/CD practices, automated testing, and deployment readiness.
• Support production stability and performance optimization.
