Senior AI Engineer - Workato

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer - Workato to design, develop, and implement AI-powered automation solutions using the Workato platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workato AI Genie, enterprise integrations, and workflow automation, with a proven track record of building AI-native solutions in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Workato platform, including configurations, integrations, and automation workflows.
• Design and build AI-native packages using Workato AI Genie.
• Develop and deploy intelligent, agent-ready workflows within Workato.
• Integrate Workato with enterprise applications, third-party systems, and business platforms.
• Drive AI-enabled workflow automation initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage enterprise Workato capabilities including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), audit controls, and multi-workspace environments.
• Ensure platform performance, security, scalability, and governance.
• Create technical documentation and implementation best practices.
