Senior AI Engineer Stealth-Mode AI Startup | Visakhapatnam | Full-Time (In-Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Build Agentic AI applications for business workflows.

• Develop RAG-based applications using documents, PDFs, spreadsheets, ERP/CRM, and enterprise data.

• Design AI copilots for business users.

• Build LLM-powered applications with prompt engineering, tool calling, guardrails, evaluations, and fine-tuning.

• Develop scalable full-stack applications with AI integrated into the product.

• Create backend services, APIs, enterprise integrations, and workflow automation.

• Integrate with ERP, CRM, HRMS, accounting, inventory, and legacy systems.

• Design business workflows for approvals, escalations, audits, and operational processes.

• Work closely with customers to understand business problems and deliver solutions.

• Own architecture, development, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills

• 8 12 years of software engineering experience (flexible for exceptional candidates).

• Strong Full Stack Development experience.

• Hands-on expertise with:

  • LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)

  • RAG

  • Embeddings

  • Prompt Engineering

  • Fine-tuning

  • AI Evaluations (Evals)

  • Tool Calling

  • Guardrails

  • Agentic AI

• Experience with AI coding tools:

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Enterprise Integrations

• Excellent communication and business problem-solving skills.

Interview Process

• No traditional coding rounds.

• Offline take-home assignment.

• 1-hour technical discussion covering:

Location

• Full-time Work From Office (Visakhapatnam).

• Relocation is mandatory.
