Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and manage Life Insurance Advisors/Agents.
• Develop and maintain a strong agency network.
• Generate business through the agency channel and achieve monthly/annual targets.
• Train, motivate and support agents to improve productivity.
• Drive sales, customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor team/agent performance and ensure target achievement.

Candidate Profile

• 1–7 years of experience in Life Insurance / BFSI / Agency Channel / Sales.
• Experience in agent recruitment, agency handling and business development will be preferred.
• Good communication, relationship management and sales skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
• Candidates from Life Insurance, General Insurance, Health Insurance, NBFC or BFSI backgrounds can be considered.
