Who We re Looking For:
We are hiring a Senior Advocate with extensive experience in family law , who can independently manage complex cases, mentor junior team members, and represent clients in high-stakes matters. This is a senior role, ideal for someone who is confident in their legal expertise, passionate about helping families, and committed to the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently handle and appear in family law matters before Family Courts and High Court

Provide strategic legal advice to clients

Draft complex petitions, replies, and legal notices

Lead settlement negotiations and represent clients in mediation

Supervise and guide junior advocates on research, drafting, and court appearances

Maintain clear and timely communication with clients

Must-Have Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of full-time legal practice, with a clear focus on family law Certificate of Practice from the Karnataka State Bar Council English and Kannada , both spoken and written

Strong drafting, advocacy, and client-handling skills

Willing and able to commute to our office near Vidyapeeta Circle
