Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Finance and Accounts to lead our finance function in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be a qualified CA with over 4 years of progressive experience in financial management, reporting, and strategic planning. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the overall growth and financial stability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management & Reporting:
• Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely and compliant financial reporting in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Lead the budgeting process, including the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and analyze variances to provide actionable insights.
• Accounting Operations:
• Supervise day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring adherence to internal controls and company policies.
• Streamline accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee reconciliations, ledger management, and the implementation of best practices in financial operations.
• Financial Analysis & Strategic Planning:
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on financial data, market trends, and business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning and analysis initiatives.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks by implementing robust control measures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, tax regulations, and legislative changes.
• Team Leadership & Development:
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback and support.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for financial matters with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Experience:
• A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably within a dynamic business environment.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and statutory regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and Tally systems.
