Senior 3D Event - Experiential Designer

We are seeking a highly creative Senior 3D Event Experiential Designer to develop premium, immersive environments for corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, conferences, award shows, retail experiences and luxury events. The ideal candidate should have strong 3D visualization capability, design sensibility and practical understanding of event fabrication and production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of innovative 3D concepts for events and experiential projects.
• Design stages, exhibition booths, registration zones, retail activations, experience areas and branded environments.
• Create high-end photorealistic renders, walkthroughs and client presentation visuals.
• Prepare production layouts, detailed design documentation and fabrication-ready drawings.
• Convert client objectives into compelling visual concepts and spatial storytelling.
• Integrate branding, graphics, lighting, AV, materials, furniture and structures.
• Collaborate with creative, production and client servicing stakeholders.
• Review and implement client feedback while protecting overall design quality.
• Ensure designs are practical, functional, technically feasible and production-friendly.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Mentor junior designers on visualization and design quality where required.
• Track emerging event materials, visualization techniques and immersive technologies.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Product Design or related field with 4-12 years of relevant experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating event, exhibition, stage or experiential projects is mandatory.

Software

• 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray/Corona Renderer and Adobe Photoshop.
• Lumion, Twinmotion or Unreal Engine is an advantage.
