We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor / Security Guard to join our team at BALACHANDRA HOTELS PVT LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures to prevent and mitigate potential threats.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of security measures.
Respond effectively to security incidents and emergencies, providing first aid when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of security incidents, including reports and witness statements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in security management, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with emergency response procedures and first aid techniques.
