Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Security Lead to drive our organization s cybersecurity strategy, architecture, and operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across cloud security, container security, SOC operations, threat intelligence, and incident response, along with the ability to design and lead security initiatives at scale.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the design and implementation of security architecture across cloud, infrastructure, and application environments.
- Define and enforce cloud security best practices , including posture management, identity, and workload protection.
- Implement and manage container security for Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
- Oversee SOC operations , including monitoring, detection, escalation, and response processes.
- Lead incident response activities, including investigation, containment, remediation, and post-incident reviews.
- Analyze and act on threat intelligence to proactively reduce risk and improve detection capabilities.
- Configure, manage, and optimize security tools such as Wiz , Splunk SIEM , and SentinelOne .
- Develop security policies, standards, and playbooks aligned with business and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and IT teams to embed security into the development lifecycle.
- Mentor security team members and provide technical leadership across security initiatives.
- Strong experience as a Security Architect or Security Lead .
- Deep understanding of cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Hands-on experience with container security (Docker, Kubernetes, image scanning, runtime protection).
- Solid background in SOC operations , SIEM tuning, and security monitoring.
- Proven expertise in Threat Intelligence and Incident Response .
- Hands-on experience with:
- Wiz (CSPM / Cloud Security Platform)
- Splunk SIEM
- SentinelOne (EDR/XDR)
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- CSPM (ISC2)
- CISSP
- CCSP
- CISM
- Cloud Security certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Security preferred)
- Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD security integration
- Exposure to regulatory standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST
- Experience leading security programs in enterprise or cloud-native environments
