Security Guard (Lady & Gent)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team in the Lady & Gent section of MAXGRID SECURICOR. The ideal candidate will have excellent security skills and be able to provide top-notch protection to our clients.

Roles and Responsibility

• Ensure the safety and security of the premises, including monitoring CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
• Patrol the premises regularly to identify potential security threats and take appropriate action.
• Develop and implement effective security protocols to prevent incidents and minimize risks.
• Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure seamless security operations.
• Respond promptly to security breaches or incidents, following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, including reports and witness statements.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a related field, with at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with security equipment, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems.
• Any graduate degree is required, with a focus on security training and certifications being an asset.
