Security Guard

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

• Ensuring the safety and security of premises and personnel.
• Monitoring CCTV cameras and responding to incidents.
• Providing first aid and medical assistance during emergencies.
• Conducting drills and training sessions on security protocols.
• Maintaining accurate records of security activities and incidents.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless security operations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5'4" height and 54 Kg weight.
• Age between 18-35 (Fresher) or 18-40 (Experienced).
• Madhyamik qualification required.
• Male/Female candidates welcome.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Free medical treatment (ESI) for candidates and their dependent family members, including pension after 10 years, PF 1418 per month, 35 paid leaves per year, gratuity after 5 years, and accidental insurance coverage up to 3 lakh.
• Salary increments every 6 months, along with DA hike as per government rules, and ex-gratia benefits upon death of the candidate.
