Job Description
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage in developing client cloud and security strategies, vision-state architectures, roadmaps, and planning activities.
Engage in designing and implementing secure and compliant enterprise servers, network infrastructure, boundary protection, and cloud architectures using Infrastructure-as-Code.
Authoring and peer review of detailed design documentation, including security documentation and inclusive of vendor best practices. Lead Cloud Design and Architecture Projects: Take charge of large-scale cloud engagements, whether starting from scratch (greenfield) or improving existing setups (brownfield).
Shape Cloud Strategies: Contribute to cloud program management, service delivery models, and strategic planning.
Manage Risks and Progress: Keep stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes while managing risks effectively.
Engage with Clients: Develop client cloud and security strategies, perform reviews of cloud configurations, and document requirements clearly.
Design Compliant Solutions: Assist in designing Federal and Defense compliant cloud infrastructure and solutions working alongside compliance experts. You bring the cloud knowledge and how to apply that to compliant solutions
EXPERIENCE:
What Youll Bring:
Extensive Experience: 6+ years of security systems engineering and architecture experience, and 5+ years supporting cloud architecture in AWS, Azure, or GCP with Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Professional Services Experience: Previous experience supporting clients within a professional services organization.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP platform capabilities and services.
