Security Analyst - Security Audit & Compliance Management

Support security specialist on risk assessments, evaluation audit/compliance evidences.

M.Tech/B.Tech Or Equivalent Bachelors Degree

1. Plan and support internal and external security audits (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, RBI, UIDAI, SEBI).
2. Ensure organizational compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
3. Maintain audit documentation, track findings, and manage remediation efforts.
4. Monitor and assess control effectiveness across IT and business units.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather evidence and improve compliance posture.
6. Conduct gap analyses and risk assessments.
7. Develop, update, and enforce security policies and standards aligned with industry frameworks.
8. Provide compliance reporting to leadership.
9. Support third-party audits and vendor assessments.
10. Promote security awareness and ensure alignment with governance programs.
