Sector Operations Managers- Security

We are a company specializing in security guarding services for the last 44 years . We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in leadership, discipline, and security operations to oversee and manage field operations in Delhi/NCR. The ideal candidate should have experience of manpower command & control and who can ensure efficient security service delivery and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of multiple security sites within the assigned area
• Coordinate deployment, shift management, and duty rosters of security personnel
• Ensure high standards of discipline, dress, and behavior among guards
• Liaise with clients to address service requirements, feedback, and resolve any operational issues
• Conduct surprise checks and audits to ensure compliance with company SOPs
• Manage incident reports, disciplinary actions, and coordinate with local authorities when required
• Assist in recruitment and induction of new security personnel
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation as per company standards

Candidate profile

• Minimum Graduate. Post Graduate/MBA in HR & Man management will be preferred.
• Es-Serviceman from Air Force or CISF of the rank Sergeant/ASI or above.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in security operations,
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and local regulations
• Basic computer proficiency and Communication skill in English (both verbal & writing) for reporting and documentation
