Job Requirements

• Achieve Production Targets
• Ensure production is completed as per the CWO/Production Schedule while meeting productivity targets and minimizing downtime.
• Maintain Product Quality
• Conduct quality checks on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods to reduce defects and customer returns.
• Optimize Resource Utilization
• Efficiently manage manpower, machines, materials, and inventory to minimize wastage and maximize machine uptime.
• Ensure Safety and 5S Compliance
• Maintain proper material stacking, follow fire safety guidelines, and adhere to 5S standards to create a safe and organized workplace.
• Lead and Develop the Team
• Conduct regular worker meetings, allocate resources effectively, make timely production and quality decisions, and encourage continuous improvement initiatives.
