Job description
- Assisting in managing the Top 100 Keyword Tracker: daily/weekly updates, rank fluctuations, and reporting.
- Supporting backlink MIS creation: logging new, lost, spam, and broken links in our system.
- Monitoring FAQ rankings, suggesting new queries, and updating status weekly.
- Helping prepare weekly SEO MIS reports using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, and Looker Studio dashboards.
- Conducting routine checks on keyword position changes, FAQ schema visibility, and page-level bounce rates, visit time, and CTR.
- Documenting and escalating drops in traffic or ranking to the SEO lead with relevant insights.
- Maintaining and updating internal SEO SOPs, task trackers, and content logs.
- Collaborating with the SEO lead and technical SEO team for structured reporting.
