We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the ortho-implants segment. The ideal candidate will have between 8 to 13 years of experience in the field.

• Create regional sales plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage an entire region sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure fast stock turnaround ratio through consultation with management.
• Monitor and plan activities and sales from key customers and distributors.
• Analyze market trends, gather competitive information, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Formulate recommendations and provide feedback on sales policies and procedures.
• Visit distributors, surgeons, and KOLs for sales and revenue generation, addressing any issues that arise.
• Plan and execute monthly joint visit calendars with ASM and sales executives in potential areas for lead conversion.
• Maintain excellent rapport with existing distributors and surgeons, ensuring smooth channel functioning by optimizing stock levels for primary, secondary, and instruments.
• Manage distributor relationships, setting targets and ensuring achievement of monthly and annual goals, including managing inventories, payment follow-ups, and strategic planning to increase sales and revenue.
• Create awareness of new products and conduct seminars for doctors and sales teams.
• Forecast quarterly regional sales and profits reports.
• Regularly review team performance and activities to ensure effectiveness.
• Support and review sales performance and KRAs of ASM and executives.
• Ensure timely payment recovery and zero outstanding balances in the region as per company policy.
• Identify and recommend hiring needs, select, and train new salespeople while motivating and empowering team members to enhance productivity.
