Job Description

What youll do
SDET is responsible for ensuring the quality of enterprise CRM workflows, including sales forecasting, revenue operations, and customer lifecycle data across Salesforce and Gainsight. The role focuses on end-to-end validation of business-critical processes, data accuracy, and system integrations.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr Manager, SDET.
Responsibility
  • Understand business requirements and create test cases, test scenarios, and test data
  • Execute manual testing for UI, functional, regression, and integration flows
  • Validate sales revenue forecasting logic (pipeline, ARR, renewals, churn)
  • Test Customer 360 data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems
  • Perform integration testing between Salesforce and Gainsight platforms
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business stakeholders
  • Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools like Jira
  • Ensure end-to-end GTM workflow validation (Lead Opportunity Closed Won Renewal)
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams in Agile environment
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
  • 9+ years of experience in manual testing / QA
  • Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
  • Experience in manual testing (functional, regression, integration)
  • CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Ability to validate data using SQL or Excel (basic level)
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics (forecasting, revenue, churn)
  • API Testing experience
  • AI functional testing experience for conversational chatbots, AI-based output validations for the business cases that implemented the AI in business workflows
  • Automating in-sprint stories and running them with weekly release cycles
  • Experience with production smoke test
  • Migrated / existing install customer test experience
  • Strong understanding and testing experience of sales, Roles, territories, integrations, and architecture understanding
Preferred
  • Exposure to Salesforce Customer 360
  • Familiarity with Gainsight, Gong
  • Performance testing experience using Jmeter
  • Nice to have Playwright experience, UiPath, or equivalent low-code tools
  • Hands on experience in implementing the automation frameworks
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with good communication skills and proactive reporting on project updates
