What s Next

We re now entering the most important phase of our journey.

Our ambition is to build India s most trusted AI Co-pilot for Money, an intelligent financial layer that sits across a user s banking, investments, spending, insurance, liabilities, and financial goals.

We are building systems that:

• deeply understand financial context,
• reason across fragmented financial data,
• proactively identify opportunities and risks,
• and eventually become the default layer users consult before making any money decision.

What will you do

As an SDET, you ll own automation, testing infrastructure, and quality engineering across our products and platforms.

You will:

• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks across web, backend, and mobile systems
• Design testing pipelines integrated into CI/CD workflows
• Improve release confidence through automation, tooling, and observability
• Work closely with engineering teams to identify reliability gaps and failure modes
• Create robust testing strategies for complex user journeys and edge cases
• Build automated validation systems for APIs, transactions, and financial workflows
• Design evaluation workflows for AI-powered product experiences
• Help create datasets, benchmarks, and testing pipelines for AI quality evaluation
• Improve bug detection, debugging workflows, and engineering productivity
• Drive a strong engineering culture around quality and reliability

What we re looking for

You ll be a strong fit if you:

• Have 2 6 years of experience in SDET, QA Automation, or Software Engineering roles
• Have strong programming skills and engineering fundamentals
• Have experience building automation frameworks and testing infrastructure
• Understand API testing, backend systems, and distributed workflows
• Have experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling
• Think systematically about edge cases, reliability, and failure handling
• Are comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments
• Have strong ownership and problem-solving ability

Bonus points

• You ve written evals for LLM or AI-based systems
• You ve worked on AI products, copilots, or conversational systems
• You ve built automation frameworks from scratch
• You ve worked in fintech or other high-trust environments
• You understand observability and production monitoring systems
• You actively use AI tools to improve testing and engineering workflows
