We are looking for a skilled SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) with strong experience in Web and API automation testing . The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Java or Python-based automation frameworks , along with a solid understanding of banking domain workflows and systems .

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Java or Python
Expertise in automation testing frameworks :
- Java: Selenium, TestNG, Rest Assured
- Python: PyTest, Requests, Playwright
Experience in Web automation testing (UI validation, cross-browser testing)
Strong experience in API testing and automation
Good understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns (POM, BDD, etc.)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, GitHub, GitLab, etc.)
Strong knowledge of SQL for backend/data validation
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Domain Requirement (Mandatory)

Prior experience in Banking / Financial Services domain
Understanding of banking workflows such as:
- Payments / Transactions
- Account management
- Lending / Loans
- KYC / Compliance processes

Good to Have

Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber/Behave)
Exposure to performance testing (JMeter)
Knowledge of microservices architecture
Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
Familiarity with test reporting tools (Allure, Extent Reports)
