A Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Alternatively, a Master s degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline is advantageous
Proficiency in Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Experience working with cross-functional teams and resolving challenges
Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
Deep understanding of Scrum principles, roles, and events
Proficiency in various Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Experienced in guiding teams through efficient sprint planning and execution
Focused on driving team growth and process improvements through retrospectives
Expertise in managing backlogs by collaborating with Product Owners to prioritize and refine tasks
Adept at tracking Agile metrics, including velocity and burn-down charts, to monitor team performance
Proficient in identifying and resolving impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution
Familiar with scaled Agile practices and enterprise-level frameworks such as SAFe and LeSS
Understanding of data engineering concepts like data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud-based storage solutions
Familiar with MLOps principles including machine learning workflows, model training, deployment, CI/CD for ML, model versioning, and monitoring
