- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery.
- Proven experience in client/stakeholder management.
- Experience in reporting, metrics tracking, and dashboards.
- Familiarity with Agile tools:JIRA, Azure DevOps, RallyStrong understanding of SDLC and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
- Knowledge of project management tools and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel dashboards).
- Exposure to DevOps environments and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams.
- Background in technical roles (developer/tester/BA) is a plus
