Job Title: Scrum Master Product Development (Software Background)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master with a solid foundation in software development and a proven track record in product development. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who can guide cross-functional teams through Agile practices, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor development teams on Agile principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum framework.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to maintain focus.
• Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance within the team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams and processes. • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Support the adoption of Agile tools and practices across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with hands-on coding background.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a product development environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). • Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) preferred.
