Scrum Master

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
• Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and product owners through regular meetings and status updates.
• Analyze project metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
• Certification: Scrum certification mandated (CSM or PSM from recognized bodies)
• Proven track record of successfully leading agile projects using Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of PSM principles and practices.
