Scrum Master

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective to ensure effective project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove impediments that hinder progress.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze team performance data to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.
• 5-9 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry using Agile methodologies like Scrum.
• Strong understanding of scaled agile framework (SAFe) principles and practices.
