Key Responsibilities

Apply Scrum and Agile principles to guide team processes

Plan deliverables and monitor project performance

Resolve issues or conflicts that hinder team effectiveness

Ensure all parties (team, Product Owner, stakeholders) are informed and

collaborating

Host regular meetings: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives

Coach team on Agile engineering practices and continuous integration

Maintain product backlog with Product Owner

Track and communicate project metrics (burn-down charts, progress reports).

Drive improvements in team productivity and morale.

We are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to act as a leader for our agile teams. Your mission is to foster a self-organizing, high-performing environment by removing impediments, facilitating key ceremonies, and coaching the team (and the wider organization) on Agile values and the Scrum framework.
