Scrum Master Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Scrum Master with 2 4 years of experience to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a collaborative, self-organizing team environment that embraces Agile principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile practices and principles to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.
• Identify and remove blockers to keep the team focused and productive.
• Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts).
• Promote continuous improvement by gathering feedback and fostering open communication.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Support Agile adoption and cultural change within the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and software development lifecycle.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with Agile tools like JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Ability to handle multiple teams or projects simultaneously.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
