Scrum Master

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and prioritize tasks based on business value.
• Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients throughout the development lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 4-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum) and its application in software development projects.
• Proficiency in AI solutions/AI techniques for enhancing project outcomes.
• Experience working with waterfall-to-Agile transition teams.
