Scrum Master

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
• Ensure effective communication among team members through active listening and conflict resolution techniques.
• Analyze project metrics to optimize workflow processes and improve overall efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 8-10 years of experience in an IT services or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to apply them effectively.
• Proficiency in JIRA or similar project management tools.
