Job Description
SAFe - Scrum Master JD :
Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Pune and Hyderabad
Experience Range: 7 to 14 Years
- Experience with deep knowledge and experience with multiple Agile frameworks
- Coordinate PI planning, sprints cadences, retrospectives, system demos, ideation/improvement tracking
- Should be able to coach/mentor team members in Agile frameworks
- Familiarity with all Agile practices, regulated environments, and software development practices
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
- Facilitate user design thinking/coaching sessions with product owner and developer, UX designer, and Quality Engineers
- Should be able to manage the technical debt and improve product quality value throughout product life cycle
- Very strong communication skills, conflict management skills
- Strong collaboration, coaching, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Well-versed with tools- JIRA/MIRO/SNOW/Confluence/Azure DevOps
- It is good to have end-to-end product model experience in any industry
Preferred Skills:
- Agile certifications (e.g. CSM/PSM, ICAgile, SAFe) are desired when accompanying demonstration of an agile mindset and relevant examples of experience and skills to help enable teams
