Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 9+ years of overall experience and strong hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum and SAFe Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master and preferably have experience in the Web/eCommerce domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Certified Scrum Master with 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
• Facilitate and lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Drive multiple sprints and Agile initiatives within an enterprise environment.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and continuous improvement.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAFe Agile is mandatory.
• Identify and remove impediments/blockers affecting team productivity.
• Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, stakeholders, development teams, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support teams in achieving sprint and program objectives.
• Exposure to diverse technologies, applications, and processing environments.
• Promote transparency, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Experience in the Web/eCommerce space is preferred.
