Scrum Master

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
• Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings and one-on-one discussions.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Job Requirements :

• 4-6 years of experience in an Agile environment with a focus on software development life cycles (SDLC).
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum).
• Proficiency in Jira for tracking tasks and issues; Confluence for documentation management.
