1. Act as a scrum process champion for one or more agile teams
2. Experienced in scrum master and people management
3. Facilitates all scrum ceremonies :Daily standup, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
4. Remove impediments or blockers that hinder teams progress
5. Track and report team velocity, sprint/release progress and other KPIs
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Proven experience in managing significant risks and problem resolution
8. Ability to understand technical terms (Java, API, JIRA, Cloud etc. ) and solve issues around
9. Good to have CSM and SAFE certification
