Scrum Master

About You:

At ACI, you ll be our go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work. Scrum Master duties include managing timelines, resolving problems and coaching team members on Agile methodologies.. Ultimately, you ll help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints

You should have excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques. You will encourage and embrace core Scrum values on courage, commitment, focus, openness and respect. What you ll do:

• Manage each project s scope and timeline
• Facilitate backlog grooming.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups, scrum of scrums and also facilitate decision making process
• Serving as facilitators for Agile teams working under the Scrum methodology.
• Ensure development teams follow Scrum framework values and Agile practices.
• Mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes and higher scrum maturity
• Eliminating team impediments.
• Conflict resolution and maintain a safe & healthy working environment for the team
• Bridging the needs of product management, sales, marketing, operations, and Software developmentQualifications

What you ll bring in:

• 7 10 years of experience
• Deep Understanding of Agile and Scrum and Hands on experience in Agile SCRUM and implementation in software development projects
• Hands on experience in using Tools like JIRA for implementing SCRUM
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Scrum master certification

Nice to Have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
