Job Summary

The Scrum Master acts as a servant-leader whose role is to guide and support the Scrum team. They facilitate Scrum ceremonies, help remove impediments, foster a collaborative environment, and work with stakeholders to ensure that the team can deliver high-quality, valuable work in each sprint. They play a crucial part in driving continuous improvement and ensuring that the Scrum framework is followed correctly.

Responsibilities

Educational & Required Qualifications

• Overall, 8 - 10 years of experience in industry with Project Management and Scrum Experience with large scale enterprise applications
• 4+ years' experience as scrum master's in enterprise data product
• Certified scrum master/PMP certification
• End to end change management, Release management and product management experience
• Leads Scrum meetings and creates and follows up on meeting minutes/action items
• Manage scrum teams and coach the development team on the agile development process and Scrum framework
• Facilitate Scrum events including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
• Candidate should have 3+ years' experience with data lake cloud environment, large-scale data migration and/or enterprise reporting projects
• Retail experience is a plus
• Scaled Agile experience is a plus, including experience with Jira/Rally/TFS
• Ability to communicate complex information to all stakeholders of the project status updates roadmaps, timeline updates, risks, and issues. This would include executive status reports and project dashboards
• Should be self-driven, proactive and should act with urgency
• Must have the ability to take the initiative and ownership towards project management and solution development. Primarily able to operate independently, with minimal supervision/direction
• Must be able to demonstrate project management skill set with past experiences on previous projects
