About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery for our AI-driven product teams. This role requires someone who has genuinely worked as a Scrum Master before (not just in a hybrid PM/Scrum capacity) and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, client-facing environment across global time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) for AI project teams
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, including regular status updates and expectation management
• Lead and coordinate client demos, ensuring smooth presentation of sprint deliverables
• Proactively identify and remove blockers/impediments for the development team
• Maintain comprehensive documentation — sprint reports, backlogs, velocity tracking, and process artifacts
• Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external clients, balancing priorities and timelines
• Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and drive continuous process improvement
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, engineers, and data scientists on AI/ML project workflows
• Facilitate communication across distributed, global teams and time zones

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience working specifically as a Scrum Master (hands-on, not incidental)
• Prior experience on AI/ML-based projects strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience handling direct client communication and leading client demos
• Strong track record of unblocking teams and driving sprint delivery
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including with senior/external stakeholders
• Comfortable working with international clients and adapting to different time zones
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving project environments
• Scrum certification (CSM/PSM) preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong

Good to Have

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Exposure to AI product development lifecycle
• Experience working in a remote-first or hybrid distributed team setup

Location & Work Mode

Based out of Delhi NCR, with remote working flexibility. Occasional in-person collaboration may be required.
