- 7 10+ years of experience in program management or technical project delivery.
- Strong experience with one or more enterprise MDM platforms.
- Transitioning from Org 62 to Informatica.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Experienced in at least in one of the following engagements - Data Projects, Data Management, Data Governance
- Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to maintain team focus and productivity.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and define clear, actionable user stories.
- Monitor sprint progress using metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and capacity planning.
- Promote transparency and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
- Support cross-team coordination and alignment in multi-team environments.
Understanding of:
- Master data models & hierarchies
- Data quality processes & governance
- Data integration methods (ETL/ELT, APIs, batch, real time)
- Data privacy and regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
