Job Summary

We are looking for an SCPO Engineer with experience in Blue Yonder (JDA) Supply Chain Planning applications, particularly Demand, Fulfillment, and Inventory Optimization. The candidate will be responsible for testing, validating, and supporting supply chain planning solutions while working closely with Agile development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and database testing for SCPO applications.
• Design test scenarios, test cases, and execute test plans based on business requirements.
• Validate data using Oracle databases and perform backend testing.
• Work with SCPO database schema, including key data elements, table structures, and data relationships.
• Use the SCPO UI to validate planning workflows and application functionality.
• Execute basic UNIX commands and Shell scripts for testing activities.
• Manage defects through identification, logging, retesting, and closure.
• Prepare and maintain test data for various testing scenarios.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams to define and implement QA strategies.
• Generate weekly QA reports and Agile test metrics.
• Recommend improvements to testing processes, quality, and testability.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years of experience in Blue Yonder (JDA) planning applications.
• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Demand, Fulfillment, and/or Inventory Optimization.
• Experience in Oracle database validation and DML operations.
• Basic knowledge of UNIX and Shell scripting.
• Understanding of SCPO database schema and data relationships.
• Knowledge of SCPO UI and planning workflows.
• Experience testing Demand Planning and Inventory Planning applications.
• Strong experience in QA methodologies, requirement analysis, and test design.
• Experience with Integration Testing, Regression Testing, End-to-End Testing, Backend Testing, and Database Validation.
• Experience with Test Management, Defect Management, and Test Data Management.
• Knowledge of Agile SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Good to Have

• Experience with Manhattan or Relex planning solutions.
• Experience testing SaaS or Cloud-based applications.
• Exposure to TestRail or similar Test Management tools.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
