SCM EXIM Executive

• Primary role and responsibility are to ensure EXIM process followed end to end timely within process.
• Responsible for Maintaining various MIS reports (Daily, Monthly, Yearly) as per standard format and sharing to internal team.
• Responsible for Sending fund request to Finance team for keeping sufficient fund towards duty and other expanses.
• Responsible for Sending timely Custom Duty request as per set format and Coordination with Finance team for payment.
• Responsible for Creating E-Way bill and sharing with CHA on time.
• Responsible Sending timely update for Delivery of consignment to warehouse team on daily basis.
• Responsible for coordination with vendors for getting Service invoices, validation of Invoices and submission to finance team for payment, in case of any query resolution of same on timely manner as per define process.
• Responsible for maintaining post clearance documents in records and Submission of originals and/or scan to Finance team.
• Responsible to getting new PR/PO release for service charges.

Other reports and documents as and when required need to be submit.

• BE/B. Tech/ BSc (Electronics / Electrical etc) or B.com with Customs knowledge
• Experience -1-3 Years in Customs/ SCM related projects
• Working knowledge of SAP /S4Hana
• Working knowledge of Customs (Import/Export)

English Proficiency Good in mail and verbal communication.
